A Celebratory Weekend

A Celebratory Weekend

It's been a busy month at St Peter's! In addition to all the regular services and events, we've hosted ordinations, celebrated Fr Michael's first mass and St Peter's Day, and last weekend we held our Heritage Day, the final Pebbles of term, the Junior Church Party in the Park and our Dedication Festival.

Thanks to everyone who helped, organised and came to our wonderful Heritage Day on Saturday, including our Guides and Brownies, Junior Church, Pebbles, Church Choir and countless others. The day was packed with glorious live music, Church trails, games and activities, trips up the scaffolding to see the West Window restoration work, lettering workshops, a Victorian Fancy Dress Parade, a Bake-Off, a Victorian afternoon tea and Victorian Choral Evensong attended by Ealing's Mayor, Councillor Simon Woodroofe, and our MP, Dr Rupa Huq.

The summer will almost certainly be quieter - which is good as we need to recover! If you are going away over the holiday period, we pray that you have a good break.
