Last Saturday, members of our Junior Church and their family visited St Paul’s Cathedral. We took part in a mosaic workshop and were lucky enough to bring the mosaics that we made home! In addition to the workshop, the children dressed up in vestments, chorister robes, and a few even dressed up as Sir Christopher Wren! After all this excitement we went on a tour of the Cathedral with Fr Michael where we visited the Whispering Gallery (climbing all 257 steps), the American Memorial Chapel, Nelson and Wellington's tombs, as well as seeing famous works of art. A great day out was had by all - thanks to those who organised it!
St Peter's has a rich heritage.
