Saturday, 10th March, SYON PARK TO STRAWBERRY HILL - 3 hours approx./4.5 miles, 10:30am start from the Garden Centre entrance in Syon Park, Leader: Linda Foster.  A delightful riverside walk on the opposite bank to the better-known Kew and Richmond.  Passes the old village centres of Isleworth and Twickenham and several mansions - Syon House, Marble Hill House, Orleans House, York House - and ends at Horace Walpole’s Gothic fantasy, Strawberry Hill.  At the end of the walk, either visit Strawberry Hill on your own or travel back by bus to Ealing via Richmond (optional lunch stop)...
